I renewed my defensive driving course, and my rate finally went down, but only for two payments before it went right back up to almost the same amount. Since the constant increases weren’t in my budget, I switched to another insurance company and even sent proof of my new policy, but they’re saying it going to take two weeks to cancel my insurance. Never again. State Farm could offer me the cheapest rate, and I still wouldn’t go back. I definitely don’t recommend this agency."
