"these guys are amazing and have been great with taking care of my account after my initial office closed down due to the manager passing away.. great customer service for the most part… i would just advise to stay away from the hispanic lady name “suzzie”, her customer service to me over the phone was horrible, she allowed her self to take things personal and she ended up hanging up me without resolving my issue.. i called back immediately and georgette was so much more pleasant, great and amazing to talk to… i think maybe after “26 years of doing insurance” as per suzzie she may need to retire due to lack of empathy patience and underwhelming customer service.. or lack there of.. but thank you everyone else for such great service and the reason why you continue to have my business 🙂"
